The grapes for this wine were hand selected from the Tucker Vineyard in West Kelowna in the Okanagan valley. The sparkling wine was made in the traditional method with the second fermentation done in the bottle.

Description

The grapes for this wine were hand selected from the Tucker Vineyard in West Kelowna in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tank. The wine was aged in acombination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 7 months, with stirring of the lees (Bâtonnage) performed once a week. The sparkling wine was made in the traditional method with the second fermentation done in the bottle.
