Description
The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in West Kelowna, Naramata Bench, Oliver and Osoyoos vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months to safeguard the fruit flavours and fresh notes in the wine.
