The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks of Lewis Vineyard in the Columbia valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster into stainless steel tank and fermented slowly in a low temperature. The wine was aged for 8 months, in order to extract and integrate all the flavors in the wine, then racked off the lees and crafted into a unique wine that is an expression of the land it came from.
