2019 Blanc de Blanc

The grapes for this wine were hand selected from Buta’s Vineyard in East Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tank. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 10 months, with stirring of the lees (Bâtonnage) performed once a week. The sparkling wine was made in the traditional method with the second fermentation done in the bottle.

An uplifting refreshing wine, with notes of citrus, peach, lemon peel and honeysuckle.

Each bottle purchased will be accompanied by a matching 17Neon9 wine bag.
