2020 Tender Summer Reserve – a semi dry blend of Riesling-Roussanne-Chardonnay with nice mouthfeel, with notes of honey, pear, melon, white peach and tropical fruit. With a pleasant sweet finish.

Pairing: Fried pork liver – Jian Zhu Gan

Sweet and sour fish – Tang Cu Yu

Spring rolls – Chun Juan

Pineapple shrimp ball – Feng Li Xia Qiu

 

2018 Phinny Hill Cabernet Sauvignon – this is a single Vineyard wine from Phinny Hill Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. A full body wine with notes of blackberry, cherry and coffee.

Pairing: Pork belly – Hong Shao Zhu Nan

Grilled ribs – Kao Le Pai

Lamb skewers – Yang Rou Chuan

 

2017 Midnight Black Syrah – this is a single Vineyard wine from Lawrence Vineyard in the Royal Slope AVA. A full body powerful wine with notes of black fruit, forest floor, coffee, thyme and black current.

Pairing: Peking duck – Kao Ya.

2022 Sauvignon Blanc VQA – A single vineyard from our Oliver, BC vineyard. Fermented in Oak puncheons (500L). This wine has Refreshing acidity and minerality with notes of citrus, green apple, and white peach. It will pair well with all seafood.

Pairing:  Shrimp marinated in alcohol – Zui Xia

Steamed fish – Qing Zheng Yu

Steamed Crab – Qing Zheng Pang Xie

Shrimp dumplings – Xia Jiao

 

2022 Pinot Noir VQA- this is a single Vineyard wine from our Osoyoos, BC  Vineyard. A lively, complex and food friendly wine, light to medium body with notes of black cherry, vanilla and blueberry.

Salmon steak – Jian Gui Yu

Lions head meatballs – Shi Zi Tou

 

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon- A blend of three vineyards: Red Willow (Columbia Valley) Phinny Hill and Painted Hills (Horse Heaven Hills). A full body wine with notes of black cherry, plum, blackberry and spice.
