The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in our East Kelowna vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 8 months, and crafted into a unique wine that is an expression of the land it came from.

Description

The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in our East Kelowna vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed wholecluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 8 months with stirring of the lees (Bâtonnage) performed once a week in order to extract and integrate all the flavors in the wine. Then racked off the lees and crafted into a unique wine that is an expression of the land it came from.
