These wines came about through a collaboration with the amazing singer Jam Hsiao. We crafted wines that will reflect his art and singing style. Powerful and free yet elegant, and always in control of his unique voice and musicality. At times sweet and at times wild. Confident, attentive and insightful in the complexity of his music. Always singing from his heart and touching the heart of everyone around him.

A well balanced wine with nice mouthfeel, with notes of honey, pear, melon, white peach and tropical fruit. With a pleasant sweet finish.
Description
A complex and elegant white blend of the best grapes from our best vineyards. Crafted into a versatile and enticing wine that could be enjoyed on its own as well as being a great compliment for a meal. The hand selected grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The wine was aged in barrels and stainless steel tanks for 9 months to gain complexity and safeguard the fruit flavours and fresh notes in the wine.
Tasting Note: A well balanced wine with nice mouthfeel, with notes of honey, pear, melon, white peach and tropical fruit. With a pleasant sweet finish.

- BLEND: Riesling, Roussanne, Chardonnay
- WINEMAKING: Whole cluster pressing, aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for 9 months.
